User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

• Payments
• Project discussions
• File exchanges
• Project quality
• Delivery timelines

EDIVIC is not responsible for:

• Non-payment by clients
• Project disputes
• Delayed delivery
• Financial losses

Service Access Policy

Client accounts can browse and post on EDIVIC without platform commission. Editors may need an active EDIVIC subscription to access editor-side premium actions such as proposals, messaging, and work participation.

Creating an account does not guarantee:

• Projects or project awards
• Earnings or guaranteed income
• Client engagement or hires
• Business success

Editors must improve their profiles, demo videos, and portfolios on their own merit to increase chances of getting work.

Account Suspension

EDIVIC may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, fake profiles, or illegal activity.
