Rules for using the EDIVIC video editing marketplace.

1. Marketplace role
EDIVIC provides technology that helps clients and editors discover each other, submit proposals, communicate and manage video editing projects. EDIVIC is not the employer of either party.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access and use the platform lawfully. Accounts may be restricted for fraud, abuse, impersonation or policy violations.
3. Projects and agreements
Clients are responsible for lawful project materials and clear requirements. Editors are responsible for accurate portfolios, honest proposals and agreed delivery standards. Project scope, payment and intellectual-property terms should be confirmed by the parties.
4. Editor membership
Editor paid-work actions require an active verified membership. Monthly Editor Membership costs ₹199 in India, US$4.99 in the United States, or CA$7.99 in Canada for 30 days. United States and Canada availability depends on verified international payment activation. Current membership purchases are one-time prepaid payments and do not renew automatically. EDIVIC charges 0% platform commission, and editors keep 100% of project payments agreed directly with clients. Client access remains free.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful content, malware, stolen media, misleading information or content that infringes third-party rights.
6. Limitation
EDIVIC provides the platform on an availability basis and cannot guarantee a particular project outcome, editor income or client result.
Same-country marketplace access
EDIVIC operates separate India, United States and Canada workspaces. Clients, Editors, projects, proposals, assignments, messages and notifications are restricted to the registered country stored in the verified profile.
India Editor membership plans are ₹199 monthly, ₹399 for three months and ₹1,299 yearly. The United States monthly plan is US$4.99 and the Canada monthly plan is CA$7.99, subject to verified Razorpay international activation. United States and Canada three-month and annual memberships are Coming Soon.
EDIVIC charges 0% platform commission. Editors keep 100% of project payments agreed directly with Clients.
