All services and accounts on EDIVIC are completely free. There are no platform subscriptions or recurring membership charges.
EDIVIC only provides a marketplace platform and does not guarantee projects, clients, earnings, or business success.
No Refund Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- The editor does not receive projects
- A client does not contact the editor
- The editor is dissatisfied with platform results
- The editor profile or demo videos are low quality
- The editor fails to improve their portfolio
- The user stops using the platform
Marketplace Responsibility
EDIVIC only connects editors and clients.
EDIVIC is not responsible for:
- Client payment disputes
- Project disagreements
- Late payments
- Financial losses
- Work quality disputes
Safety Recommendation
Editors are strongly advised to:
- Take payment before final video delivery
- Use watermark previews before payment
- Verify clients before starting work
