Refund and cancellation information for EDIVIC editor memberships.

1. Membership purchases
Monthly Editor Membership costs ₹199 in India, US$4.99 in the United States, or CA$7.99 in Canada for 30 days. United States and Canada availability depends on verified international payment activation. EDIVIC charges 0% platform commission, and membership fees are separate from payments agreed directly between clients and editors. Users should review the country, currency and billing period before confirming payment.
2. Expiry and renewal
Current EDIVIC membership purchases are one-time prepaid payments and do not renew automatically. Access ends after the purchased period unless the Editor completes a new payment.
3. Refund eligibility
A refund may be considered for duplicate charges, confirmed technical billing errors, or payment captured when membership access was not provided. Change of mind, lack of projects or unused access does not automatically qualify.
4. Request process
Submit the payment reference, registered email, date, amount and reason through the Contact page. Requests should be made promptly after the charge.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and timing depends on the payment provider and bank.
Country-specific membership charges
India plans are charged in INR. The United States monthly plan is US$4.99 and the Canada monthly plan is CA$7.99 only after Razorpay international activation is verified. United States and Canada three-month and annual plans are Coming Soon.
Any approved refund is processed in the original transaction currency and remains subject to the payment provider and issuing bank timelines.
