How EDIVIC collects, uses and protects account and marketplace information.

1. Information we collect
We may collect account details, profile information, project briefs, proposals, messages, payment references, device information and support requests required to operate the marketplace.
2. How we use information
Information is used to provide authentication, connect clients and editors, support project collaboration, process membership payments, prevent abuse and improve platform reliability.
3. Data sharing
EDIVIC does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by trusted service providers such as Supabase, Razorpay, hosting, analytics and communication providers when required to provide the service.
4. Security and retention
We use access controls, row-level security and secure payment verification. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as required for operations, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
5. Your choices
You may update profile information from Settings and request account or data assistance through the Contact page.
Registered country and currency
EDIVIC supports separate India, United States and Canada workspaces. EDIVIC stores the Registered country and currency selected during account creation. This data is used to isolate marketplace records and cannot ordinarily be changed after registration.
Supabase Authentication and PostgreSQL Row Level Security protect country-scoped records. The frontend is delivered through Netlify, the secured Node.js backend runs on Render, and Razorpay processes eligible Editor membership payments.
