EDIVIC Payment & Razorpay Policy
EDIVIC uses Razorpay as a secure third-party payment gateway for processing online payments. By making a payment on EDIVIC, you agree that your payment details may be processed securely by Razorpay.
Payment Information
- We do not store your card, UPI, net banking, or wallet details on EDIVIC servers.
- Payments are processed through Razorpay’s secure payment system.
- Transaction details such as payment ID, order ID, plan, amount, and payment status may be stored for subscription and billing records.
Subscription Payments
- Editors may purchase subscription plans to access premium features on EDIVIC.
- After successful payment, the subscription will be activated for the selected plan duration.
- If payment fails, the subscription will not be activated.
Refund & Cancellation
- Refunds are handled as per EDIVIC’s refund policy and Razorpay payment rules.
- If money is deducted but subscription is not activated, users can contact EDIVIC support.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Data Protection
EDIVIC takes reasonable steps to protect user data. However, payment processing is handled by Razorpay, and Razorpay’s privacy policy may also apply to your payment data.
